Naseeruddin Shah is a versatile Indian actor of the new century. He has also received of awards for his extraordinary work in multiple Indian movies including National Film as well as Filmfare Awards. For his work of honor i.e. incredible offerings to the Indian Cinema, he was awarded with Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri.

Shah was born in Barabanki Uttar Pardesh India on July 20, 1950. Shah age is 69 Year, 01 Months, 30 Days old. His brought up was done by his parents namely Aley Muhammad Shah and Farrukh Sultan. Shah, along with his two brothers, was taught the teachings of a Muslim. For his primary education, he went to St. Anselm’s Ajmer and  St. Joseph’s College for secondary education in Nainital. Shah got graduated from Aligarh Muslim University. Shah made his way towards acting for which, he got enrolled into National School of Drama, Delhi.

Shah rooted for a Pakistani cinema movie “Zinda Bhaag” in 2013 which was instantly voted by the Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film. Shah himself was a fervent pursuer of acting and thus founded “Motley Productions” along with other sources. The list of movies, Shah has worked for is endless, but some of them include Mirch Masala, Aakrosh, Nishant, Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro, Ardh Satya, Sparsh, Katha etc. However, Ghulami (1985), Vishwatma (1992) and Tridev (1989) are some of the movies in which Shah’s performance significantly stood out. He also worked in “The Hungry” in 2017 based on a play by Shakespeare.

Shah is not only an actor but has also proved his worth as an exemplary host. He worked for “Turning Point”, a science magazine program in which he played as a host. Shah also made an initiation towards the narration of the famous “Karadi Tales”, an audio book series. He has also claimed international platforms including “The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen” (2003), “Monsoon Wedding” (2001) and “Khuda Ke Liye” (directed by Shoaib Mansoor). Having tremendous love for theatre, Shah didn’t fail to amaze the audience when he performed in “Ismat Chughtai” and “Saadat Hasan Manto”. Shah married to Ratna Patak, his former co-star, in 1982 and they have a daughter called Heeba Shah. The net worth of Shah is $50 million.
