Jinson Johnson born on 15 March 1991 he is a good Indian middle-distance runner who specializes in the 800 and 1500 metres race event. He takes part in the 800 metres race event which was held in 2016 Summer Olympics.

He breaks the 23-year-old record of Bahadur Prasad by participating in 2018 Commonwealth Games, this new national record is created in 1500 metres race event.
