A lot of people will tell you, Diet A works because …(insert explanation) and that Diet B doesn't work because of this and that (blah blah blah). . . In my opinion, a lot of this depends on not only your genetics, but your lifestyle, activity level, likes/dislikes and even things such as your work schedule. I'll use myself as an example- Do I think an IIFYM diet could work for someone? Yes, I do. But, it depends on the person. . . But it wouldn't work for me. And here's why…I hate numbers, I hate math and I don’t see myself staying that organized everyday. I would be miserable trying to keep track of everything! . . In summary, not every diet style you see works for everyone. If you see a generic diet online, don’t assume that it’s going to get you to where you want to be! Ashley Kaltwasser – The Journey From Track To The Stage

Ashley Kaltwasser found her way up to NPC through running. Her coach was a NPC figure competitor from North Canton OH.

It was then that Ashley embarked on a few of her bootcamp classes and decided to compete in the bikini division. Ashley entered her first competition in 2011.

After winning the Bikini Olympia for three straight years, she began to work as a fitness trainer and a professional fitness trainer.
